1. 所有基面應(yīng)堅(jiān)實(shí),干燥,清潔,不晃動(dòng),無油污,蠟漬,混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)和其他松散物.
2. 清楚混泥土表面的殘余物,特別是傾斜的混泥土平板上所殘留的脫摸擠.
3. 干燥的環(huán)境下,施工前必須先潤(rùn)濕基面.
4. 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)只需按要求加水,使用電動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)將水和瓷磚膠攪拌成均勻的膏狀,放置5-10分鐘,再次攪拌均勻即可. 攪拌好瓷磚膠應(yīng)注意防曬避風(fēng).
5. 如果瓷磚和石材勾縫較深或轉(zhuǎn)較大,較重,則應(yīng)該采取工作面和瓷磚背面同時(shí)涂布瓷磚膠泥的方法進(jìn)行施工.
注意事項(xiàng)：
施工溫度最好為5-40度,在雨天施工時(shí),一定要做好遮蔽防護(hù)措施,并且要確保在貼磚后的24小時(shí)內(nèi),施工區(qū)域不被雨水淋濕。
