SBS產(chǎn)品施工介紹

性能特點：低溫柔性好，達(dá)到-25℃不裂紋;耐熱性能高，90℃不流淌。延伸性能好，使用壽命長，施工簡便，污染小等特點。產(chǎn)品適用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ級建筑的防水工程，尤其適用于低溫寒冷地區(qū)和結(jié)構(gòu)變形頻繁的建筑防水工程。

規(guī)格分類：按物理指標(biāo)分為：Ⅰ(-20℃)、Ⅱ(-25℃)型兩大類;

按胎基可分為：聚酯胎、玻纖胎兩大類;按覆面材料可分sbs防水卷材

為：PE膜(鍍鋁膜)、彩砂、頁巖片、細(xì)砂等四大類;幅寬：1000mm，幅長有10m、15m兩種規(guī)格;厚度：聚酯氈卷材3mm、4mm、5mm;玻纖氈卷材3mm、4mm;玻纖增強聚酯氈卷材5mm

適用范圍：廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)和民用建筑的屋面、地下室、衛(wèi)生間等防水工程以及屋頂花園、道路、橋梁、隧道、停車場、游泳池等工程的防水防潮。變形較大的工程建議選用延伸性能優(yōu)異的聚酯胎產(chǎn)品，其他建筑宜選用相對經(jīng)濟(jì)的玻纖胎產(chǎn)品。

Scope of application: It is widely used in waterproofing projects such as roofing, basement, and toilets for industrial and civil buildings, as well as waterproofing and dampproofing for roof gardens, roads, bridges, tunnels, parking lots, swimming pools, etc. For projects with large deformation, it is recommended to use polyester tire products with excellent extension performance. For other buildings, relatively economical fiberglass tire products should be used.

施工方法：

施工前應(yīng)清理基層缺陷，基層含水率不大于9%，涂刷專用底子油并充分干燥后再施工。具體工程施工以及細(xì)部構(gòu)造應(yīng)按照工程的防水設(shè)計、驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和施工規(guī)范進(jìn)行。鋪設(shè)卷材

1、基層要求干燥、平整、干凈、無塵土、無雜物、無油污、無苔斑，如有孔、洞、裂縫要用水泥砂漿填實，突出部分要鑿平。

2、要逆風(fēng)涂刷基層處理劑。

3、在基層表面和卷材表面涂膠粘劑，并預(yù)留搭接邊以涂刷接縫膠。

4、鋪貼卷材，并進(jìn)行排氣、壓實。

5、進(jìn)行搭接縫的粘貼。

貯存運輸：

(1)避免日曬雨淋，干燥通風(fēng)環(huán)境下貯存。儲存溫度不得低于相應(yīng)規(guī)格產(chǎn)品柔度試驗溫度(-℃)，不應(yīng)高于50℃。立式存放，高度不超過兩層;

(2)運輸時必須立放，高度不超過兩層，要防止傾斜或橫壓，必要時加蓋苫布。

(3)正常貯存和運輸條件下，貯存期自生產(chǎn)之日起為一年。

(4)運輸及儲存過程應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離火源。
