產(chǎn)品概述Product Overview：
自粘防水卷材是一種以SBS等合成橡膠、增粘劑及優(yōu)質(zhì)道路石油瀝青等配制成的自粘橡膠瀝青為基料，強(qiáng)韌的高密度聚乙烯膜或鋁箔作為上表面材料，可剝離的涂硅隔離膜或涂硅隔離紙為下表面防粘隔離材料制成的防水材料。它是一種極具發(fā)展前景的新型防水材料，具有低溫柔性、自愈性、及粘結(jié)性能好的特點(diǎn)，可常溫施工、施工速度快、符合環(huán)保要求。

適用范圍Scope of application：
1, 適用于工業(yè)及民用建筑的屋面、地下室、室內(nèi)、市政工程和蓄水池、游泳池以及地鐵隧道防水。
2，適用于木結(jié)構(gòu)和金屬結(jié)構(gòu)屋面的防水工程。
3，特別適用于不宜動(dòng)用明火的石油庫(kù)、化工廠、紡織廠、糧庫(kù)等防水工程。
4，優(yōu)異的低溫性能更適應(yīng)寒冷地區(qū)適用。

施工工藝Construction Technology：
1、基層處理：清除基層表面的雜物，將突出基層表面的尖銳硬物、砂漿疙瘩等鏟除。 2、抹聚合物水泥砂漿：
2.1 配制聚合物水泥砂漿：水泥：中砂：聚合物：水=1:2:0.2:0.3，配制時(shí)，先將水泥、中砂干拌均勻攤開(kāi)，并在中間形成凹坑，然后加入用水預(yù)配好的聚合物乳液或外加劑再次拌合，最后加入適量的水?dāng)嚢杈鶆蚣纯?。配制時(shí)防水砂漿的用水量應(yīng)扣除聚合物乳液或外加劑及砂中的水量，將聚合物水泥砂漿充分?jǐn)嚢?直至呈粘稠狀。聚合物水泥砂漿拌合物應(yīng)在1h內(nèi)用完。在施工過(guò)程中如有離析現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)進(jìn)行二次拌和，必要時(shí)應(yīng)加適量聚合物乳液，嚴(yán)禁任意加水。
2.2 抹聚合物水泥砂漿，其厚度一般為5mm～20mm（視基層平整情況而定），鋪抹時(shí)應(yīng)注意壓實(shí)、抹平。在陰角處，應(yīng)抹成半徑為50mm以上的圓角。鋪抹聚合物水泥砂漿的寬度比卷材的長(zhǎng)、短邊宜各寬出100mm～300mm，并在鋪抹過(guò)程中確保一定的平整度。
3、細(xì)部附加層粘貼：在大面積鋪貼卷材前應(yīng)先對(duì)三面角、水落口、地下穿墻管等易發(fā)生滲漏的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)加鋪一道卷材或涂膜，并在之前或之后用密封材料處理，形成多道設(shè)防的構(gòu)造，附加防水層依據(jù)工程情況可先做亦可后做。
4、大面積鋪貼自粘防水層：
4.1平面：揭掉自粘防水卷材下表面的隔離膜將防水卷材平鋪在聚合物水泥砂漿上。采用搭接方式時(shí)，將下層卷材上表面搭接部位隔離膜及上層卷材下表面隔離膜揭除，然后搭接密實(shí)，搭接寬度不小于60mm。采用對(duì)接方式時(shí)，對(duì)上下表面使用封口材料（自粘卷材或涂膜）進(jìn)行密封。
4.2立面：在基層上彈出卷材鋪貼控制線，鋪抹配制好的聚合物水泥砂漿（配制量必須在1h內(nèi)用完）。從卷材的一端將隔離膜揭起，拉住揭下的隔離膜勻力向下拉，同時(shí)將揭掉隔離膜的部分粘貼在鋪抹好的聚合物水泥砂漿上。邊抹灰、邊鋪設(shè)卷材邊用抹子輕輕抹壓、拍打卷材表面，排氣、提漿，使卷材與水泥砂漿緊密粘合。鋪設(shè)卷材時(shí)，隨時(shí)注意與基準(zhǔn)線對(duì)齊，速度不宜過(guò)快。
立面卷材與基層、卷材與卷材均采用滿粘法施工。
4.3卷材搭接和密封：相鄰卷材搭接縫及卷材收頭處應(yīng)精心處理，可采用配套密封材料密閉或用自粘封口條進(jìn)行蓋縫，隨后再用配套密封材料密閉。
4.4立面卷材收頭：立面卷材收頭，應(yīng)先在卷材收口處臨時(shí)密封（可用封口材料或加厚水泥漿密封），以防止立面收頭處水分過(guò)快散失。亦可用配套密封材料密閉，或用自粘封口條進(jìn)行蓋縫，隨后再用配套密封材料密閉加強(qiáng)處理。
5、防水層驗(yàn)收：
檢查所有自粘卷材面有無(wú)撕裂、刺穿，維修時(shí)應(yīng)在缺陷部位加補(bǔ)比缺陷部位實(shí)際尺寸四周寬100mm的附加層，用壓輥壓緊壓實(shí)，邊縫用專用密封材料做封邊處理。
6、保護(hù)層和隔離層施工：
卷材鋪貼完成并驗(yàn)收合格后，應(yīng)將施工廢料、垃圾等搬運(yùn)到指定的垃圾場(chǎng)所，保持現(xiàn)場(chǎng)清潔，并將防水層表面清掃干凈，對(duì)防水層采取保護(hù)措施并根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行防水保護(hù)層施工。

4. Large area of self-adhesive waterproof layer:
4.1 plane: remove the diaphragm on the lower surface of the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane and lay the waterproofing membrane on the polymer cement mortar. When the overlap method is adopted, the separation film on the upper surface of the lower layer coiled material and the separation film on the lower surface of the upper layer coiled material are removed, and then the overlap is tight, and the overlap width is not less than 60mm. When adopting the butt joint method, the upper and lower surfaces are sealed with the sealing material (self-adhesive coil or coating film) . 4.2 fa?ade: on the base of the pop-up coil placement control line, spread the prepared polymer cement mortar (the amount of preparation must be used within 1 hour) . Remove the membrane from one end of the coil, pull down the membrane evenly, and stick the part of the membrane to the polymer cement mortar. Side plastering, side laying coiled material side with a trowel gently smudging pressure, patting the surface of coiled material, exhaust, lift slurry, so that coiled material and cement mortar closely bound. When laying coiled material, pay attention to align with the datum line at any time, the speed should not be too fast. 5, waterproof layer acceptance: check all self-adhesive coiled material surface is torn, punctured, repair should be in the defect area than the actual size of the defect area around the 100 mm width of the additional layer, with pressure roller compaction, edge seams are sealed with special sealing materials. 6. Construction of protective layer and isolation layer: after the completion and acceptance of the rolled material, the construction waste and garbage should be transported to the designated garbage site, keep the site clean, and clean the surface of the waterproof layer, take protective measures to waterproof layer and carry out waterproof protective layer construction according to design requirements.
注意事項(xiàng)Points to note：
必須按相關(guān)規(guī)范設(shè)置保護(hù)層，表面采用礦物粒（片）料覆面的卷材時(shí)，可不另設(shè)保護(hù)層。水泥砂漿、塊體材料或細(xì)石混凝土做保護(hù)層時(shí)，保護(hù)層與防水層之間應(yīng)設(shè)置隔離層。
1、不同規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品分別堆放、不應(yīng)混雜。
2、卷材平放時(shí)碼放高夫不超過(guò)5層，立放時(shí)單層堆放。
3、運(yùn)輸時(shí)防止傾斜和測(cè)壓，儲(chǔ)存期為一年。
4、鋪貼卷材嚴(yán)禁在雨天、雪天以及以上大風(fēng)中施工。
5、施工溫度低于5度時(shí)應(yīng)采用熱風(fēng)焊槍加熱后粘接。
6、施工前對(duì)人員進(jìn)行安全宣講，確保施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全防護(hù)設(shè)施齊全、消防設(shè)施按規(guī)定放置。
