使用范圍Scope of use：
彩鋼瓦廠房、金屬屋頂、建筑樓房屋頂、混凝土外墻、糧倉(cāng)、大型倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)屋頂、室外儲(chǔ)罐（油罐、化工儲(chǔ)罐、球罐、儲(chǔ)物罐體）表面等保溫隔熱節(jié)能工程。

施工工藝Construction Technology：
1、彩鋼瓦基材必須穩(wěn)固、不晃動(dòng)。去灰塵和油污雜質(zhì)，生銹基材用打磨機(jī)將銹打磨干凈，并用高壓水槍進(jìn)行沖洗干凈并晾干，或用固銹劑將生銹基材進(jìn)行銹轉(zhuǎn)化和固銹處理。
2、混凝土基材施工前須將要上漆的表面清理干凈，保證干燥、無油脂、無污物、霉、藻類和其它附著物，新的灰沙、批沙、水泥面應(yīng)待干透〔水泥基材建議噴一誼底漆)。
3、打開料筒，用攪拌工具將熱反射隔熱涂料攪拌均勻，用噴涂機(jī)或滾筒將熱反射隔熱涂料均勻的噴涂在處理好的基材上，交叉2遍噴涂，第一遍完全干固后再噴涂第二遍，確保涂料的厚度,不能偷工減料(如太稠不好施工，建議加水比例為涂料重量的10%-15%) .
3、打開料筒，用攪拌工具將熱反射隔熱涂料攪拌均勻，用噴涂機(jī)或滾筒將熱反射隔熱涂料均勻的噴涂在處理好的基材上，交叉2遍噴涂，第一遍完全干固后再噴涂第二遍，確保涂料的厚度,不能偷工減料(如太稠不好施工，建議加水比例為涂料重量的10%-15%) .

參考用量Reference dosage：
本產(chǎn)品每公斤可施涂約2.5-3 m(2遍)。該用量為理論用量，施工方法、習(xí)慣和基材等不同因素均會(huì)對(duì)用量產(chǎn)生影響。

注意事項(xiàng)Points to note：
1、涂膜沒有完全固化嚴(yán)禁淋雨。
2、大霧或潮濕天氣嚴(yán)禁施工。
3、建議5C以上施工。

保質(zhì)期Expiration date：
原裝密封產(chǎn)品在干燥陰涼的環(huán)境下存放。在正常的儲(chǔ)存和運(yùn)輸條件下，產(chǎn)品的保質(zhì)期為一年。
